Job summary

Accenture Poland is seeking a PMO/Project Coordinator to support governance, reporting, and coordination across IT delivery teams. You will monitor RAID, milestones, and change requests, and prepare executive-friendly status updates and KPI analyses for stakeholders.

You will work in a hybrid setup with a mix of remote and on-site collaboration, engaging with international teams and driving continuous improvement in project delivery standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a PMO, Project Coordinator, or similar IT/software delivery role.
• Hands-on governance: RAID, milestones, change management, status reporting.
• Experience preparing reports/presentations for management and stakeholders.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel (formulas, pivot tables), PowerPoint, Teams.
• Solid understanding of PM processes, analytics, KPIs, and SLAs.
• Fluent Polish and English (min B2) in writing and speaking.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities independently.
• Proactive with interest in AI, automation, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Maintain RAID logs, track milestones and deliverables, coordinate governance meetings.
• Analyze project schedules and dependencies to support cross-workstream delivery.
• Prepare status reports, KPI/SLA analyses, Steering Committee materials.
• Coordinate workforce and operations: resource allocation, onboarding, access, dashboards, data quality.
• Explore AI-powered solutions to automate PMO processes and improve reporting.
