Accenture Warsaw is seeking a senior AI delivery leader to own the Intelli Ops AI use case roadmap and govern the end-to-end AI lifecycle, partnering with client leads and exec sponsors. You will supervise vendors, ensure quality gates, and maintain governance aligned with EU AI Act obligations.

The role requires deep experience in regulated AI delivery, excellent English, and willingness to travel 25-30% to program locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in technology delivery with at least 4 years leading AI or advanced analytics initiatives from strategy through production.
• Experience delivering AI use cases in financial services or banking with regulatory familiarity.
• Proficient understanding of LLM capabilities, retrieval-augmented generation, classification/extraction models, and AI integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the Intelli Ops AI use case roadmap across KYC, Estates, CEP, and operations.
• Lead use case discovery with client stakeholders via structured workshops in English (French/Dutch a plus).
• Own the AI delivery lifecycle from feasibility to production deployment with stage-gate governance.
• Govern AI build quality including model selection, prompt engineering, data pipelines, and integration architecture.
• Define and maintain governance framework for responsible AI, bias controls, explainability, and data handling.
