Job summary

Accenture Poland is seeking a PMO/Project Coordinator to support governance, reporting, and coordination across IT delivery teams. You will monitor RAID, milestones, and change requests, and prepare executive-friendly status updates and KPI analyses for stakeholders.

You will work in a hybrid setup with a mix of remote and on-site collaboration, engaging with international teams and driving continuous improvement in project delivery standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a PMO, Project Coordinator, or similar IT/software delivery role.
• Hands-on governance: RAID, milestones, change management, status reporting.
• Experience preparing reports/presentations for management and stakeholders.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel (formulas, pivot tables), PowerPoint, Teams.
• Solid understanding of PM processes, analytics, KPIs, and SLAs.
• Fluent Polish and English (min B2) in writing and speaking.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities independently.
• Proactive with interest in AI, automation, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

THE WORK:

• Support program and project governance by maintaining RAID logs, monitoring milestones and deliverables, tracking actions, coordinating governance meetings, and managing change requests.
• Analyze project schedules, identify dependencies across workstreams, and help ensure successful delivery through effective planning and coordination.
• Prepare status reports, KPI and SLA analysis, Steering Committee materials, and communications for management and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate workforce and operational activities, including resource allocation, onboarding support, access management, documentation, dashboards, and data quality monitoring.
• Explore and implement AI-powered solutions to automate PMO processes, improve reporting, documentation, meeting summaries, and data analysis, while promoting best practices across teams.

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely (most of the time), onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a PMO, Project Coordinator, Project Support, or similar role, ideally within IT or software delivery environments.
• Hands-on experience with project governance activities, including RAID management, milestone tracking, change management, and status reporting.
• Experience preparing reports, presentations, and materials for management and senior stakeholders.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel (formulas, pivot tables), PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Strong understanding of project management processes, analytical thinking, and experience working with KPIs and SLAs.
• Fluent Polish and English (minimum B2 level), both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to independently manage priorities and track progress.
• Proactive mindset with a genuine interest in AI, automation, and process improvement.

• Experience working with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Power BI, or similar project management and reporting tools.
• Hands‑on experience with AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude, and workflow automation platforms such as Power Automate.
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum software development methodologies.
• Professional certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, CAPM, Agile, or equivalent.
• Experience supporting onboarding activities or selected HR processes.
