Job summary

Contour Education is seeking a Project Management Associate to join remotely in India. You will act as the execution engine for high‑impact projects, owning documentation, tracking, and hands‑on tool work to move initiatives forward.

You will start in the CEO’s office, align stakeholders, and ensure workflows are operational. This role requires hands‑on HubSpot config, project coordination, and strong cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years coordinating projects or supporting a PMO.
• Hands-on HubSpot experience is required.
• Fluency in Jira, Asana, ClickUp, or Monday.com.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or RACI delivery frameworks.
• Clear written documentation is essential.

Responsibilities

• Keep every project structured with charters, roadmaps, and risk logs.
• Own action tracker, chase owners, and ensure milestones hit.
• Coordinate cross-functional reviews, meetings, and handoffs.
• Configure tools, build automations in Make or Zapier, and implement.
• Manage CRM migration and campus expansion timelines and owners.
