Job summary

Contour Education is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own all external email and SMS to students and guardians, from enrolment to re-engagement. This fully remote role in India reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and focuses on building automated journeys in HubSpot while coordinating with Academics and Digital Operations.

You will balance audience specificity, timing, and clarity, ensuring messages are complete and accurate.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing, owning email and SMS end to end.
• Writing that is clear and human, with distinct student vs guardian tones.
• Audience judgment to tailor messages for different groups.
• Ability to manage high-volume calendars and communications.

Responsibilities

• Own all external email and SMS to students and guardians.
• Split student and guardian communications on purpose.
• Build automated journeys in HubSpot rather than one-off sends.
• Collaborate with Academics and Digital Operations on messaging and timing.
• Run a large calendar with ~100 communications per month.
• Catch incomplete or ambiguous briefs before sending.
• Track open, click and completion metrics for reporting.
