Job summary

TechTree's client is seeking a Founding Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale paid acquisition for a fast-growing Series A B2C platform. This is a remote EU role with UK hours and a contract/B2B arrangement.

You will lead acquisition efforts, optimize Google Ads, and expand channels like Meta and TikTok to drive international growth. Ideal candidates have 5–8+ years in growth marketing, hands-on Google Ads experience, and a strong startup background.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in growth or performance marketing.
• Hands-on Google Ads expertise.
• Experience building performance marketing from scratch in a startup.
• Strong B2C/direct-to-consumer background.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance marketing end to end.
• Build, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns hands-on.
• Own B2C customer acquisition strategy and execution.
• Scale paid budgets efficiently as the business expands.
• Develop Meta as the next major acquisition channel.
• Introduce additional channels such as TikTok where relevant.
• Improve CAC, conversion, and overall acquisition efficiency.
• Work with senior leadership on growth priorities and international expansion.
