Neeyamo is expanding its Polish Payroll Operations and seeks two entry-level Payroll Associates to support monthly Polish payroll processing and data validation in Warsaw. Fresh graduates welcome and training provided.

Initial remote work with a transition to the Warsaw office is planned, offering exposure to international payroll practices and collaboration with the global team. You will learn Polish payroll regulations, tax and social security requirements, while developing practical payroll

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in HR or payroll; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Basic Microsoft Excel and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly Polish payroll processing and reconciliation.
• Assist with payroll data validation, calculations, and reporting.
• Learn and apply Polish payroll regulations, tax, and social security requirements.
• Support payroll-related queries and documentation.
• Collaborate with international teams and payroll professionals.
