iRESTORE is seeking a Manager, Paid Social to scale paid acquisition for Subscriptions and Consumables across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and emerging platforms. The role demands strong DTC experience, creative instincts, and a data-driven mindset to build channel strategy, testing, and measurement from the ground up.

This hands-on, in-platform position reports to the VP of Growth Marketing and collaborates with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of DTC digital marketing experience with 4+ years in paid social and paid search.
• Experience across Meta Ads with TikTok, Google, YouTube ads.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale paid acquisition for Subscriptions and Consumables across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Own channel strategy, campaign setup, budget pacing, and day-to-day optimization against revenue, ROAS, CAC, traffic, CPC, and conversions.
• Develop a testing roadmap across audiences, bidding, structure, creatives, landing pages, and new opportunities.
• Collaborate with Senior Performance Creative Manager, internal teams, and agencies to translate insights into new concepts.
• Identify opportunities across the post-click journey and work with Digital Product on landing pages and testing.
• Build weekly and monthly forecasts, communicate performance clearly, and adjust budget/strategy as needed.
• Establish reporting and automation to improve visibility and decision speed.
• Share learnings across Growth and stay current on platform changes, attribution, AI-enabled marketing, and emerging strategies.
