iRESTORE is seeking a Senior Manager, Performance Creative to lead the strategy, testing, output, and performance of our paid creative across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snap, and emerging platforms. We’re seeking someone with strong direct-response instincts and data-driven judgment to drive business results.

You’ll manage a small team, partner with Paid Social, Digital Product, Retention & Lifecycle, Data & BI, and Brand, and build a disciplined testing system that scales what works.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in performance creative, direct-response marketing or related roles.
• Experience leading strategy and structured testing across major paid channels.
• Ability to translate objectives into briefs, concepts and production plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance creative strategy and roadmap across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snap, and emerging platforms.
• Translate objectives and data into clear concepts, briefs, and testing plans.
• Build and manage a structured testing program across hooks, formats, audiences, and funnel stages.
• Evaluate performance metrics and recommend actions to stop, improve, repeat or scale.
• Forecast creative volume and plan production around budget and growth priorities.
• Identify gaps and build systems to improve quality, consistency, and velocity.
• Manage and develop a small team of creative strategists and producers.
