Job summary

24x7 Direct is hiring an Operations Coordinator to manage freight planning, invoicing, data entry, and supplier coordination. The role requires strong Excel skills and experience with Xero or similar accounting tools, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will analyse shipping costs, generate reports, and maintain accurate order and shipment data. This is a full-time remote role with structured processes and reliable data management

Qualifications

• Experience in Operations, logistics or a coordination role for at least 2 years.
• XERO or similar invoicing and reporting software is a plus.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Highly proficient in Excel with data-entry accuracy.
• Strong analytical mindset and cost analysis ability.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Organise and track freight shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Create and manage spreadsheets for reports and cost analyses.
• Process and update online orders and verify shipment details.
• Enter supplier costs and manage invoices in XERO.
• Set up new suppliers and ensure proper documentation.
• Support administrative tasks and CRM updates.
