Job summary

Alcon seeks a Freight Costs Manager to lead international freight analysis, control, and reporting. You will drive data quality, oversee freight invoice processing, and coordinate with carriers, procurement, and AP teams to ensure accurate postings and timely payments.

The role requires strong Excel and ERP skills, experience with freight audit providers, and the ability to collaborate across regions. Hybrid work is available with a modern Warsaw office.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5 years in supply chain logistics or related BPA/cost control.
• Experience with freight audit providers is a solid plus.
• Ability to interact with cross-functional teams at all levels and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead freight audit and payment processes with providers.
• Oversee data transfer from freight audits to SAP and resolve issues.
• Audit freight invoices, approve payments, and prepare monthly reports.
• Coordinate internal teams and ensure timely supplier payments and data accuracy.
• Own analytics platforms (AERA) and train users, drive reporting enhancements.
