Job summary

You should have 2–4 years of professional experience with OpenCart, be capable of working independently, and understand OpenCart’s MVC structure. Familiarity with Git and multi-store setups is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional experience with OpenCart development.
• Experience building or customizing OpenCart modules and themes.
• Understanding of MVC architecture and OpenCart codebase structure.
• Experience with OpenCart v2.x, v3.x, or later.

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and maintaining OpenCart websites, themes, modules, and extensions.
• Implementing custom checkout flows, product management tools, and cart experiences.
• Integrating APIs for payment gateways, shipping providers, inventory systems, and marketing tools.
• Improving site speed, SEO, and user experience through code optimization.
