Job summary

Precision for Medicine Group seeks an experienced Project Director to lead global oncology trials. You will manage client interfaces, direct project managers, and ensure scope, timelines, and budgets are met.

The role is fully remote from select countries and requires strong leadership across cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates have extensive clinical research experience, advanced knowledge of GCP, and a proven track record managing complex, multinational studies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of clinical research experience.
• Minimum 5 years direct project management experience in Oncology.
• Experience with global studies and cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manages all aspects of a clinical trial portfolio.
• Serve as primary client liaison and support bid defenses.
• Develop robust project plans with timelines and risk management.
• Ensure budget control and invoicing aligned with scope.
• Lead cross-functional teams across global studies.
• Provide senior leadership with project status updates.
