Job summary

Precision for Medicine, a growing precision medicine CRO, is seeking an experienced Clinical Trial Manager to lead multi-country trials and oversee CRAs. You will drive study delivery, ensure timelines and quality, and partner with sponsors to optimize operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in science/health with oncology experience.
• Experience leading clinical trial activities across multiple countries in CRO/Pharma/biotech.
• Working knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and development processes.

Responsibilities

• Management and operational delivery of clinical elements within a trial across multiple countries.
• Ensure timely completion of trial deliverables and proper regulatory documentation.
• Mentor and train team members and manage timelines against shifting priorities.
• Lead CRAs to establish high-quality site oversight and communications.
• Maintain cross-functional partnerships to achieve client satisfaction.
