Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking an experienced Project Director for global oncology trials. This fully remote role supports UK, Spain, Poland, Hungary, Romania, Serbia and Slovakia from anywhere in these regions.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and risks, and ensure high-quality trial execution. The position requires senior-level clinical research experience, deep ICH-GCP knowledge, and a consultative approach to trial management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or health-related field (NA) or EU equivalent.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in clinical research and project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client liaison and oversee all aspects of trials.
• Provide direction to project managers and manage study budgets and profitability.
• Develop robust project plans with timelines and risk management strategies.
• Ensure quality management and regulatory compliance across studies.
• Lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with sponsor and management.
