Job summary

Precision for Medicine is seeking an experienced Project Director for global clinical trials in Oncology. The role is fully remote from the UK, Spain, Poland, Hungary, Romania, Serbia or Slovakia, and involves senior leadership in trial execution and client partnerships.

The position requires extensive CRO experience, cross-functional coordination, and strong financial oversight to deliver studies on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of clinical research experience.
• At least 5 years direct project management experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office, eTMF, EDC and CTMS.
• Strong communication, organization and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manages all aspects of clinical trials across portfolios.
• Provide direction to project managers on trial establishment, planning, initiation, procurement, execution and closing.
• Manage study budgets, scope and change orders to ensure profitability.
• Develop robust project plans with timelines, risk management and change control.
• Prepare status updates for clients and senior management.
