Job summary

Precision for Medicine is seeking a Project Director to oversee large or global clinical trial programs, including portfolio management for significant clients. The role requires engaging with sponsor teams, providing strategic oversight, and ensuring high-quality trial delivery.

The ideal candidate will guide cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and drive process improvements in project execution. This remote position supports UK, Spain, Poland, Hungary, Romania, Serbia and Slovakia.

Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years of clinical research experience.
Minimum of 5 years direct project management experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Expert knowledge of ICH-GCP and relevant SOPs.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary client liaison and lead proposal activities.
Oversee and manage all aspects of global clinical trials.
Provide direction to trial managers across planning, initiation, execution and closeout.
Manage study budgets, scope, and change orders to ensure profitability.
Monitor study quality, risk management, and inspection readiness.
Lead internal and client meetings and present study updates.
