Job summary

Precision for Medicine is seeking an experienced Clinical Project Manager with Oncology focus to lead global trials from Phase I–IV in a full service CRO setting. You will oversee project delivery, manage budgets, timelines and cross‑functional teams, and maintain strong client relationships.

You will contribute to proposal strategy, study documents, and ensure adherence to GCP/ICH; travel domestically and internationally as needed; excellent English communication and presentation skills are

Qualifications

• Degree (life sciences) or equivalent required.
• 4+ years of full-service PM experience in CROs.
• Experience managing oncology studies.
• Experience with GCP/ICH guidelines and clinical development processes.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical projects independently within budget and scope, potentially handling international trials.
• Serve as primary client liaison, supporting proposals and presentations.
• Coordinate with project teams and senior management across Precision and sponsors.
• Own all aspects of trial management across data management, safety, clinical, medical monitoring and biostatistics.
• Prepare project status updates and identify key deliverables and metrics.
• Contribute to protocol and study documentation reviews (plans, consents, site contracts, budgets).
