Job summary

The clicker role at U.S. Bank is a remote, night-shift position supporting call center operations by manually launching calls through a dedicated system. You will log in, monitor activity, and ensure calls reach agents across assigned shifts.

Successful candidates are detail-oriented, comfortable working from home in Poland, proficient in English (B2), and able to stay focused for long periods while adhering to schedule and security requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be focused/not easily distracted to ensure all calls are launched.
• English at B2 level for all company systems and communication.
• Available to work on night shifts (Mon-Sat 1pm-4am) and bank holidays.
• Comfortable with remote work model.

Responsibilities

• Clicker agent must be reliable, log in on appropriate days and times, to ensure successful business operation for our agents.
• Must have internet access for scheduled days/times.
• Clicker will ensure all calls are going through to the agents.
• Clicker will immediately report any system issues – such as calls not coming in, calls not going through, or inability to log in to system as soon as the issue arises.
