Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to lead a remote team delivering support to customers. You will oversee daily operations, manage resources, monitor KPIs, and hire representatives, ensuring high quality service and aligned with company goals.

Fluency in Polish and English is required, with additional Italian/Dutch or French being a plus. The role emphasizes leadership, effective communication, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction in a home-based setting.

Qualifications

• Fluent knowledge of Polish and English.
• Italian, Dutch or French is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Supervisor.
• Proven leadership track record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service focus and problem-solving ability.
• Flexible with working hours.

Responsibilities

• Support team members with questions around daily operations.
• Manages team resources; coordinates leave, manages breaks and re-assigns responsibilities during team member absences.
• Monitor the KPI's and SLA's and take necessary actions if these are not met.
• Provide feedback to the Manager around the performance of team members and suggest oncompetencies of individual team members that need to be further developed.
