Job summary

Dandelion Health seeks an experienced project manager to drive data extraction initiatives across health system partners. You will oversee complex programs, coordinate engineering, privacy, and data teams, and act as the primary operations contact for partners.

Reporting to the Chief Network Officer, you’ll ensure timely, compliant deliveries. You’ve managed large multi-stakeholder projects, mapped options, documented learnings, and moved work forward without direct authority.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of successful large-scale project management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams including engineering and data science.
• Builder’s mindset to automate partner reporting and stakeholder updates.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Salesforce, PM tools, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication to align diverse stakeholders and drive results.
• Willingness to travel to health system partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive data extraction roadmaps across multiple health systems.
• Build relationships with health system partners and serve as main operations contact.
• Work autonomously, driving cross-functional internal and external teams.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and motivate team members.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Maintain documentation, status reports, timelines, and resource plans.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and executive leadership.
