Job summary

Dandelion Health Inc is seeking a Staff Product Manager – Life Sciences to define and execute product strategy for life science data products. You will own the roadmap, translate insights into shipped outcomes, and collaborate with engineering and data science to deliver scalable data solutions.

You’ll lead discovery, prioritize opportunities, and focus on AI-enabled workflows that enhance data access and clinical development for life science customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years total experience; 4+ years building data products or platforms for life science/healthcare customers.
• Strong product discovery and strategy skills with customer interviews.
• Technical fluency with data infrastructure and LLMs for prototypes/demos.
• Experience partnering with engineering/data teams to deliver complex products.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity in an early-stage startup.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for life science data products.
• Lead product discovery and strategic research, including market analysis and customer interviews.
• Identify high-impact opportunities to build scalable data products for life science use cases.
• Translate strategy into clear product requirements and success metrics.
• Design AI-enabled automation to improve data access, analysis, and clinical development processes.
• Partner with engineering and data science to drive execution from concept to launch.
• Evaluate product performance and iterate on features based on usage and outcomes.
• Stay current on life sciences and clinical AI trends to inform direction.
