Job summary

Oasis HealthPartners is seeking a Medical Coder/AR Specialist to support a scalable Revenue Cycle Management offering for primary care practices. You will ensure accurate outpatient coding and clean claim submission, then manage payment posting, AR follow‑up, and denial resolution from a remote setting.

The role requires CPC certification, 2+ years in AR follow-up and denial management, and hands-on experience with eClinicalWorks.

Qualifications

• Certified CPC credential required.
• Minimum 2 years of AR follow-up and denial management experience.
• Minimum 1 year hands-on experience working in eClinicalWorks (eCW).
• Experience posting insurance payments, including EOB/ERA processing, adjustments and write-offs.

Responsibilities

• Assign CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes for outpatient encounters based on documentation.
• Enter and manage charges within eClinicalWorks (eCW).
• Post insurance payments, adjustments, and denials accurately based on EOBs/ERAs.
• Review, submit, and track claims through the full billing lifecycle.
• Conduct AR follow-up on unpaid, denied, or underpaid claims with payors.
• Communicate with payors to resolve claim issues; answer patient billing questions.
