Liberty Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Outpatient Coding Analyst for a 3-month remote contract with potential to convert to a permanent role.

The incumbent will lead coding staff, collaborate with physicians and HIM leadership, and ensure accurate documentation and reimbursement while aligning with regulatory guidelines. Responsibilities include policy development, staff education, denials analysis, and audit-driven improvements to coding and documentation practices across outpatient

Formación

• Five or more (5+) years serving as an Outpatient coding analyst.
• Experience Coding within Cerner environments.
• Credentialed/certified within Outpatient Coding.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees coding staff performance and compliance.
• Develops policies and procedures for coding.
• Educates physicians on coding vs clinical issues.
• Resolves claims, pre-cert, and denials in collaboration with billing and registration.
• Reviews documentation to support codes billed.
• Provides education on regulatory changes and coding accuracy.
