Marriage Reset is seeking a highly organized Marketing Operations role to own reporting, processes, and funnel builds. You will manage the weekly dashboard, ensure QA for ads and emails, and coordinate a team of editors and freelancers to keep campaigns on track.

You will work remotely in a European or Dubai time zone, aligning with core hours, and leverage AI tools to automate repetitive tasks while building scalable systems for future hires.

Competenze

• 2+ years in marketing operations/campaign operations or funnel-build role.
• Built and maintained a ClickUp workspace relied on by others.
• Built pages in GoHighLevel or ClickFunnels and sequences in ActiveCampaign/Klaviyo/HubSpot.
• Detail-oriented; you prefer accuracy over speed.
• Own recurring tasks (e.g., weekly reports) for 1+ year.
• Coordinated freelancers to deadlines without direct management.
• Expert with Claude or similar AI tools; daily use and automation.
• Native-level written English.

Mansioni

• Reporting: weekly dashboard, spend, cost per call, opt-in rate, ROAS, writer performance, ads launched, platform reconciliation.
• Systems: ClickUp production pipeline, dashboards, templates, Slack intake; documented procedures.
• Quality control: compliance QA checks on ads/emails before review; log of launches.
• Builds: Landing pages in GoHighLevel/ClickFunnels; email sequences in ActiveCampaign.
• Video editors: manage briefs, timelines, onboarding, and bonuses.
• Head of Growth support: keep deliverables visible, schedule meetings, manage access.
• Automation: leverage Claude/GPT and automate repeatable tasks.
