Job summary

OpportuLand is hiring a Marketing Project Manager to lead a pod of Email Marketing Specialists and collaborate with Broadcast Managers, QA Managers, designers and writers. You will ensure that started work finishes, SOPs are learned and used, and that triggered workflows translate into real actions with context and recommended next steps.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing or coaching a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a process-driven setting.
• Strong coaching, facilitation and feedback skills.
• Structured problem-solving with ability to turn issues into actions.
• Excellent written and spoken communication for subscribers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Watch newsletter health across the pod: growth status and send consistency.
• Run team problem-solving sessions, case reviews and regular 1:1s.
• Share SOPs and process updates and ensure understanding and usage.
• Ensure triggered processes get done and follow through on delays.
• Track growth milestones and coordinate actions across teams.
• Assist with fixes, drafts and ideas and review work before approval.
• Monitor paused newsletters and restart plans to avoid delays.
• Review writers' work for quality and track designer tasks to completion.
• Coordinate newsletter transfers and side projects within the pod.
• Oversee inboxes and review complex subscriber replies before sending.
