Job summary

Leica Biosystems in Poland is seeking an Account Manager to drive revenue and market share growth within a defined territory. You will lead account plans, cultivate strong customer relationships, and promote the Leica Biosystems portfolio through consultative selling.

You will manage tenders, quotations, negotiations, and deal closures, while leveraging CRM and pipeline management to forecast and monitor market activity. A remote work arrangement may be available for eligible roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree.
• Multiple years of relevant experience as an Account Manager in the medical industry.
• Sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Fluent in English
