Job summary

Leica Biosystems is seeking an Account Manager to grow revenue and market share in Poland. You will manage accounts, develop plans, and promote the portfolio through consultative selling across healthcare settings.

The role requires fluent English, 80% travel within Poland and occasionally elsewhere in Europe, and collaboration with a cross‑functional team reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager Poland.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree.
• Multiple years of account management experience in medical industry.
• Sales and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% within Poland and occasionally other European countries.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable record.
• Understanding of IHC and pathology workflow.
• Knowledge of public procurement in medical field.
• Knowledge of the Polish pathology market.

Responsibilities

• Achieve revenue targets and drive growth in the defined territory.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow opportunities.
• Promote Leica Biosystems portfolio through consultative selling.
• Lead tenders, quotations, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Use CRM and tools for forecasting and pipeline management.
• Travel and build strong customer relationships.
