Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, is hiring an Account Manager to drive revenue and market share in Poland. You will manage LBS accounts, develop plans, and expand the sales funnel across the portfolio.

Based in Poland, you will report to the Senior Commercial Manager Poland. The role requires significant travel, English fluency, and a proactive, collaborative approach to building a world-class sales organization—remote work is possible where eligible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Multiple years of relevant experience as an Account Manager in medical or life sciences.
• Sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Achieve revenue targets and drive growth within the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute account plans to identify customer needs and generate opportunities.
• Build strong customer relationships and promote the Leica Biosystems portfolio through consultative selling and visits.
• Lead commercial activities, including tenders, quotations, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Use CRM and selling tools to manage opportunities and forecast accurately.
