Job summary

Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, is seeking an Account Manager to drive revenue and market share in Poland. You will manage Leica Biosystems accounts, build relationships with healthcare providers, and promote the full portfolio of diagnostic solutions.

The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree, several years in medical account management, strong sales and negotiation skills, and fluency in English. Travel up to 80% within Poland and occasional European travels are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree required.
• Multiple years of relevant experience as an Account Manager in medical industry.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Achieve revenue targets and drive profitable growth in the territory.
• Develop and execute account plans to identify customer needs and opportunities.
• Build strong customer relationships and promote Leica Biosystems products.
• Lead commercial activities including tenders, quotations, and negotiations.
• Utilize CRM and selling tools for opportunity management and forecasting.
