Atticor is an AI-powered legal services platform redefining how lawyers deliver justice to injured people. We seek a Lead Generation Associate to run day-to-day campaign operations, monitor CAC and CPL, and optimize the funnel to deliver high-quality leads.

This full-time remote role reports to the Lead Generation Manager and offers $70,000–$80,000 salary plus a year-end discretionary performance bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in performance marketing or lead generation.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills with pivot tables.
• Familiarity with CRMs and reporting dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Track lead volume daily, weekly, monthly against targets.
• Monitor CAC and CPL by channel and flag variances quickly.
• Support forecasting with channel performance data.
• Coordinate onboarding and testing of new providers.
• Maintain accurate source tracking and weekly performance reports.
• Ensure quality and compliance across partners.
