Job summary

Atticor is seeking a Marketing Web Developer to build landing pages and websites that drive client acquisition across a portfolio of national legal brands. This is a front end role first. You will own how our pages look, load, and convert.

You will sit inside the marketing team, ship fast, test against live paid traffic, and be measured by conversion rate and cost per signed case. The compensation includes an annual base salary of $140,000 to $160,000, plus a year-end discretionary bonus and

Qualifications

• 4+ years building production websites and landing pages.

Responsibilities

• Build landing pages at volume with high-converting designs.
• Build and maintain brand websites on WordPress.
• Ship A/B tests and iterate based on results.
• Protect performance by meeting Core Web Vitals on mobile.
• Implement tracking correctly using GTM and analytics pixels.
• Translate designs into responsive, accessible pages from Figma/briefs.
• Build reusable templates and component libraries.
• Leverage AI tooling to speed up builds while maintaining code quality.
