Job summary

Atticor, an AI-powered legal services platform, is seeking an AP Associate to manage and process accounts payable for the Marketing department across its portfolio of firms. You will handle vendor invoices, approvals, and reconciliation, ensuring accurate records and timely payments.

This full-time remote position offers a base salary of $70,000 to $80,000 per year, plus a discretionary year-end bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in accounting or finance.
• Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process marketing vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Review and verify invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of accounts payable transactions.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
• Prepare and maintain reports on marketing accounts payable activities.
• Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments regarding payment inquiries.
• Support the marketing team with other related tasks as needed.
