Job summary

Teams Squared is seeking a Junior Lawyer with an interest in Intellectual Property law to support international trademark processes. The role emphasizes meticulous document handling, remote collaboration across time zones, and IP practice management tasks.

Eligibility includes 1–3 years of IP-related experience and familiarity with Patricia or similar systems. You will work remotely, manage schedules, assist with billing, and coordinate with global IP teams.

Qualifications

• Law degree from an accredited institution; current or recent admission to practice is a plus.
• 1–3 years of legal experience, preferably IP or trademark-focused.
• Familiarity with IP practice systems (Patricia or similar).

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor email inboxes for client and law firm correspondence.
• Update Patricia with important dates and deadlines.
• Process correspondence from international IP law firms.
• Handle notifications from IP offices.
• Input costs and liaise with attorneys for matter updates and client billing.
• Prepare and maintain client schedules: generate trademark schedules across jurisdictions; format schedules from Patricia.
• Format legal correspondence and letters for clients; prepare client costing breakdowns.
• Assist with general administrative and support duties as needed.
