Job summary

RemotePass is seeking a Junior Legal Operations Specialist to join its fast-growing global legal function. You will draft, review, and edit standard agreements, support onboarding and offboarding across multiple jurisdictions, and help ensure contract compliance while expanding your in-house experience.

With 2–3 years in an in-house setting and a Law Degree, you’ll collaborate with teams, perform legal research, and develop templates to improve processes.

Qualifications

• LLB/JD from a recognized university.
• Bar membership or qualification in any country.
• 2-3 years’ experience in an in-house legal department.
• Exposure to employment law, commercial contracts, or global HR-related work within LATAM.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and edit standard agreements (employment contracts, NDAs, vendor agreements).
• Onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation across jurisdictions.
• Conduct legal research across regions and prepare briefs, country playbooks, and compliance summaries.
