Job summary

M I R A L.L.C is seeking a Senior Litigation Counsel with extensive experience in IT, fintech, and banking to lead cross-border commercial litigation and arbitration. You will manage cases from research to settlement, coordinating with local counsel across multiple jurisdictions.

The role requires 7+ years in dispute resolution, strong procedural knowledge, and fluent Russian and English. Remote work is offered with flexible hours and international collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of litigation / dispute resolution experience in law firm or in-house (IT / fintech)
• Law degree and active admission to practice
• Fluent Russian and English, both written and spoken
• Strong knowledge of civil procedure and evidence rules
• Excellent legal research, analytical and drafting skills
• Experience with e-discovery, legal databases, Google Workspace, Notion and LLMs
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial litigation, international arbitration, and financial recovery cases across jurisdictions (UAE, UK, EU, HK, etc.)
• Handle cases end-to-end: legal research, drafting, discovery, trial preparation, settlement negotiations, and coordination with local counsel
• Develop litigation strategies, prepare legal memoranda, and maintain case documentation and knowledge bases
