Job summary

SupportYourApp, Inc. is seeking a Legal Assistant to join our international team. You will apply your knowledge of international law, work with clients worldwide, and collaborate with our Chief Legal Officer.

You will draft and review NDAs, service agreements, and DPAs, manage signatures, maintain registers, support HR, IT, Marketing, Finance, and Operations, and help keep policies up to date. We value precision, autonomy, and proactivity.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of legal experience in commercial, corporate, or technology law.
• Proficient English (B2) and fluent Ukrainian, with legal drafting ability.
• Experience drafting and reviewing contracts (NDAs, service agreements, DPAs).
• Strong analytical, research, and document management skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and help manage standard commercial agreements; escalate non-standard terms.
• Send documents for signing, track signatures, and upload signed documents.
• Maintain legal registers and ensure accuracy.
• Assist with due diligence on clients, suppliers, contractors, and partners.
• Provide day-to-day legal support to HR, IT, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
• Help maintain legal templates and policies, and track regulatory changes.
