Job summary

SupportYourApp is seeking a Legal Assistant to join our international team. You will apply your knowledge of international law, draft and review contracts, and collaborate with our Chief Legal Officer on complex tasks for global clients.

You will handle day-to-day legal support across HR, IT, Marketing, Finance, and Operations, maintain templates and registers, and help with due diligence while navigating AI-assisted workflows in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in commercial, corporate, or tech law (internships count).
• At least Upper-Intermediate (B2) level of English, fluent in Ukrainian (legal drafting).
• Hands-on experience drafting and reviewing contracts (NDAs, service agreements, DPAs).
• Strong analytical, legal research, and problem-solving skills.
• Master’s degree in Law (final-year students may be considered).

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage standard commercial agreements.
• Send documents for signing, track signatures, and upload signed documents.
• Maintain legal registers and ensure accuracy.
• Assist with due diligence on clients, suppliers, contractors, and partners.
• Provide day-to-day legal support to HR, IT, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
• Help maintain legal templates and policies, and track regulatory changes.
