Ciklum in Poland is seeking a JavaScript Engineer to join a cross-functional team. The role focuses on building intelligent voice and text experiences, migrating chatbots, and delivering robust API integrations across global partners. Qualifications

3+ years of coding in JavaScript/Node.js.
Experience with AI Voice Agent.
Experience with IT support platforms.
Able to deliver high-quality software in an Agile environment.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Develop complex conversation flows and logic for voice and text interfaces.
Migrate chatbot to Helix-powered Partner Assistant and build API integrations.
Work with distributed cross-functional teams across the UK, Germany, Netherlands, Canada and beyond.
Own workstreams and communicate progress to the team and Technology Manager.
Continuously improve processes and engineering practices.
Take responsibility for changes in production and ensure long-term stability.
