We’re seeking a software engineer focused on AI Voice Agent and Partner Assistant projects. You’ll work in a remote-friendly setup, develop complex conversation flows, and implement robust API integrations within an agile team.

Qualifications

Experience with AI Voice Agent.
Experience with IT support platforms.
Delivering high-quality software projects using established best practices.
Able to work independently and collaborate to solve complex problems.
Experience in an Agile environment (Scrum, Kanban).
Strong communication skills and critical thinking.

Responsibilities

Develop complex conversation flows and logic branching for voice and text agents.
Migrate chatbot to Helix-powered Partner Assistant and build robust API integrations.
Embrace Event-Driven and Microservices Architecture.
Code, maintain and deploy quality software in an agile environment.
Collaborate with distributed teams across UK, Germany, Netherlands, Canada and beyond.
Own workstreams and communicate progress to the team and Technology Manager.
Propose and implement new processes and engineering practices to improve the team.
Support changes through to production and ensure they work well in production.
