Job summary

Appfire, a 800+ team with global remote operations, seeks an IT Support Engineer to join our Warsaw-oriented IT Ops. You will handle laptop support, device management, security, and access for staff across OSes, while collaborating with teams worldwide. This role is fully remote within Poland with optional office days in Warsaw.

You’ll grow by supporting multiple corporate apps, maintaining network infrastructure, and contributing to knowledge base articles while advancing internal IT services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience providing L1/L2 support via a ticketing system.
• 2+ years' hands-on laptop support for Mac and Windows OS.
• 1+ years' hands-on application support (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom).
• Strong written and spoken English; clear communication.
• Ability to operate within a mature support process.

Responsibilities

• Provide occasional L2 ticket-based support for internal apps and services.
• Manage employee onboardings, laptops, and security basics (MDM, encryption, antivirus).
• Maintain Office Network infrastructure and coordinate with ISPs.
• Monitor applications and systems using alerts and monitoring tools.
• Ensure scheduled jobs run on time and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain routers, firewalls, switches, and IP telephony configurations.
• Resolve IT infrastructure issues and keep configurations up to date.
• Manage domain registrations, SSL certificates, and product licensing.
• Install, configure, upgrade, migrate, and consolidate applications.
• Develop knowledge of systems and write KB articles for documentation.
• Contribute to IT operations and cross-team initiatives.
