Job summary

Airspace Intelligence is seeking an IT Support Analyst to own the end-to-end IT experience in our Gdansk office. You will troubleshoot on macOS and Windows, manage onboarding/offboarding, and administer business SaaS apps to keep our team productive.

In a fast-growing startup environment, you will partner with security, engineering, and operations, building self-service resources and automation to reduce repetitive work while maintaining strong security and compliance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT support experience resolving end-to-end issues.
• Experience with macOS and Windows troubleshooting in a mixed-OS fleet.
• Familiar with identity and access management (SSO, entitlements).
• Experience administering business SaaS applications.
• Ability to script or automate repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• As the IT/Office front door, handle walk-ups and ticket queue.
• Troubleshoot endpoint issues across macOS, Windows, and mobile devices.
• Own onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning, and asset recovery.
• Manage access to business applications and group memberships.
• Automate IT and security tasks to reduce manual work.
• Maintain security baselines, patching, and encryption.
• Coordinate with security on IAM and access reviews.
• Maintain conference-room and network equipment in the office.
