Job summary

Tenthpin is seeking a proactive IT Support Engineer to deliver high quality 1st and 2nd line support for our remote-first global user base. The role focuses on Microsoft 365 and Windows environments, Intune, and standard desktop software, with Jira Service Management for ticketing.

You will triage incidents, resolve issues, onboard and offboard colleagues remotely, and participate in small projects to improve our infrastructure while upholding IT policies and security best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar role(s).
• Experience with M365 and Windows desktop in a remote company.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong English written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for IT support requests via Jira Service Management.
• Log, triage, and prioritise incidents and service requests per SLAs.
• Provide remote support for Microsoft 365 apps and Windows 11 issues.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft Intune, endpoint configuration, and Windows-related problems.
• Escalate complex issues to senior colleagues and contribute to permanent fixes.
