National Computer Systems is seeking an IT Staffing Business Development Consultant to expand our client base and strategic partnerships in the United States. This flexible, remote, performance-based opportunity is focused on client acquisition, not candidate recruiting, and welcomes professionals with strong relationships across IT staffing, enterprise tech, and consulting.

Qualifications

Experience in IT staffing, workforce solutions, or enterprise sales.
Strong relationships within technology or staffing industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

Responsibilities

Develop new direct-client IT staffing and consulting opportunities.
Build relationships with enterprise clients, MSP/VMS programs, Tier-1 vendors, and system integrators.
Facilitate introductions to executives, procurement leaders, vendor managers, IT leaders, and hiring managers.
Support vendor empanelment, strategic partnerships, and client onboarding.
Coordinate with NCS leadership and recruiting teams to convert opportunities into successful business relationships.
