Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Senior Asset Management Specialist to join a remote team. You will optimize ITAM and SAM processes using ServiceNow and OpenIT, ensuring accurate data and reporting while collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders in an international environment.

You will lead data analysis, CMDB maintenance, and automation efforts, while mentoring juniors and upholding ITIL principles across IT operations.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow administration.
Experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM).
Familiarity with OpenIT platform and CMDB configuration management.

Responsibilities

Managing and optimizing the OpenIT platform and ServiceNow functionalities.
Implementing and maintaining ITAM and SAM processes.
Conducting data analysis and reporting to ensure data quality and integrity.
Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical support.
Ensuring ITIL-aligned configuration management and CMDB accuracy.
Automating processes and improving reporting tools.
Training and mentoring junior staff on ServiceNow and related tools.
