Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Senior Asset Management Specialist to join our remote team. You will apply ITAM and SAM expertise, optimize OpenIT and ServiceNow usage, and drive accurate data management and reporting.

You will collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver improved IT service operations. In this role you will maintain CMDB, ensure ITIL-aligned processes, and mentor junior staff on ServiceNow and related tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow administration.
• Practical experience with the OpenIT platform.
• Strong understanding of IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM).
• Good knowledge of IT hardware, software, applications, and licensing.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, and data quality management.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data.
• Familiarity with ITIL principles and configuration management concepts.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English in an international environment.
• Knowledge of process automation and reporting tools (nice to have).
• Experience with SAM Pro (nice to have).
