Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Senior Asset Management Specialist to lead ITAM and SAM initiatives in a remote team. You will optimize ServiceNow and OpenIT configurations, manage data quality, and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to improve IT service operations.

You will also implement CMDB governance, automate reporting processes, and mentor junior staff, ensuring alignment with ITIL practices in an international environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow administration.
• Hands-on experience with the OpenIT platform.
• Strong understanding of IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM).
• Good knowledge of IT hardware, software, applications and licensing.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting and data quality management.
• Excellent communication to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with ITIL principles and configuration management concepts.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English in an international environment.

• Manage and optimize the OpenIT platform and ServiceNow functionalities.
• Implement and maintain ITAM and SAM processes.
• Conduct data analysis and reporting to ensure data quality.
