Job summary

Whizz is seeking a Head of Inventory Management to own the end-to-end stock flow for parts and repairs. You will align counts, purchasing, and procedures across Jersey and city shops, and lead the inventory team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

You will collaborate with the CEO and operations director, optimize the ERP warehouse module, and work remotely from anywhere outside the US, with required overlap with New York hours.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in inventory or warehouse management.
• Experience with ERP or WMS and ability to diagnose issues.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; data-driven.
• Experience writing processes and getting teams to follow them.
• Experience using AI tools in daily work.
• English and Russian language proficiency.
• Availability to overlap 4+ hours with New York time.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile stock records with physical counts at Jersey warehouse and city shops; schedule regular counts.
• Set min and max levels for parts and plan purchasing accordingly.
• Document warehouse processes: receiving, transfers, write-offs, stock counts; enforce adherence.
• Launch and manage the used parts program; coordinate rebuilds and redeploy components.
• Lead the inventory team; supervise and mentor staff.
• Collaborate with developers on ERP warehouse module; define requirements and verify results.
