Job summary

ZdalnaPraca seeks enthusiastic consultants to support customers of a major home appliances/ RTV manufacturer. This role is offered remotely with the option for on-site in Warsaw. You will provide expert product information, diagnose issues, and log requests in our system.

Applicants should be fluent in Finnish (C1) and English (B2), ready to work around 120 hours per month, and comfortable with a civil contract. Initial screening will be conducted online.

• Fluency in Finnish at C1 level.
• Excellent command of English at B2 level.
• Basic knowledge of household appliances.
• Ability to type quickly on a computer.

We are growing and looking for consultants who are enthusiastic and committed to serving customers.

We support customers of one of the largest manufacturers of home appliances/ RTV equipment.

Tasks:

• Providing technical information and support to equipment users in accordance with project guidelines.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems.
• Providing information on products and their functionality.
• Entering requests into the system.

Our requirements:

• Fluency inFinnish C1.
• Excellent command ofEnglish B2.
• Basic knowledge of operating household appliances (i.e. refrigerator, washing machine, TV).
• Ability to type quickly on a computer keyboard.
• Preferred availability of approximately 120 hours per month. Services are provided during project operating hours (Mon–Fri 8:00–17:00). Collaborators declare their availability and select cooperation hours from available time slots.

• Cooperation based on acivil contractwith a rateof PLN: on-site mode in Warsaw: 60,00 gross/horfull remote mode: 55,00 gross/h.
