Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Senior HR Technology Lead to drive the EDM solution across design, build, testing, and deployment in a global context. You will partner with configurators to translate business requirements into secure, scalable Workday configurations, AWS mapping, and Adobe Sign setups, guiding migration of legacy documents and ongoing HCM workstreams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR technology roles with focus on Workday HCM deployment.
• Proven experience delivering global document management solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Workday reporting, calculated fields, and business processes.
• Familiar with Adobe Sign configuration and PES/E Sign capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EDM technical solution across design, build, test and deployment.
• Collaborate with configurators to translate requirements into system configurations.
• Document designs and ensure alignment with standards and principles.
• Provide technology leadership for EDM implementation, including AWS Cloud and Adobe Sign.
• Coordinate with Kainos and SII configurators on retention policies and security.
• Work with Kainos on AWS Cloud mappings for companies and categories.
• Configure Adobe Sign service accounts and QES capabilities.
• Plan and execute migration of legacy documents into Workday EDM.
• Support Workday HCM configurators on templates, acknowledgements, and notifications.
• Assist EDM template configurators in Workday reports and calculated fields.
• Engage with business stakeholders, partners, and tech teams to ensure adoption.
